Order Status

Tracking your order
If you wish to know the current status of your order, please login into the "My Account" and click on "View my Order Information" link. For definitions of the order stats, please check the "order process status definitions" below.



Order Process

  Status Definitions

  1. New Order
After the order has been placed, an automated response will be sent to your email address.

2. Order Accepted
A sales representative has accepted your order and your order is under review.

3. Order Accepted
The order is being reviewed by our customer representatives. If there are no problems, it will be then sent to the Warehouse.

4. Sent to Warehouse
The order has been approved and sent to the warehouse to be packaged.

5. Ready to Ship
Products have been found, and have been packaged by the warehouse. At this point the package is waiting for UPS.

  6. Order Shipped
The package is now on the way, and you can track your shipment via the UPS or USPS website.

7. Order Complete
When your package has been delievered to you, the order is then marked as completed.


Other Definitions

On Hold
The order has been put on hold and will not be processed for reasons described in the order details. May require attention and modificatins to the order details to process.

Payment Failed
The payment has failed for reasons described in the order details. Requires attention and modifications to the order details to process.



Order On Hold

Occasionally, orders are put on hold or deleted by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) no longer available or out of stock.
  • Difficulty in processing payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • International orders waiting for verification.
  • Customer requested changes in order.

    If your order is put on hold or deleted, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any deleted items or orders.
  • Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Tracking page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Aveda Online orders.

    When you click on Order Tracking, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

    Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.



    Order Cancelations

    If you are looking to cancel your order, you may cancel it through the "My Account" order details page.
