Cellex-C Fresh Complexion Mist is a pale, leaf-green herbal based toner containing alpha and beta hydroxy acids (3%) designed to gently stimulate the skin’s natural sloughing action to reveal a fresh, glowing complexion. A twentieth century translation of the ancient and traditional Japanese beauty water?suitable for even the most delicate skin. Use after exercising or cleansing to help tighten, tone and refresh the skin.

How To Use
Morning and night 1)After cleansing, spray onto a cotton ball or hands.
2)Pat gently over face, neck and V of chest. Avoid eye area.
3)Apply treatment formulation or moisturizer of choice.
Note:
Within two minutes after application, a slight tingling sensation may be felt due to the higher concentration of hydroxy acid in the complexion mist. This will subside momentarily. If discomfort occurs, rinse again with cool water and discontinue use. To enhance the exfoliation process, use an exfoliating mask once a week.

A: It all depends on how well you take care of your skin. Like do you exfoliate once or twice a week so that your skin care system works better by penetrating faster? Do you deep cleans every night? do you protect your skin from the sun? If you do then this will improve your complexion when applied.
