Q: When I used the Ginkgo foam cleansing cream. My face gets very swelling and irritating. Is it because I'm sensitive to the product or is because there is too much Ginkgo extract that is contained in the product.

A: Most likely it can be because your skin is not used to the product yet or you have sensitive skin. Stop use for a day or two and reuse. If irritation persist then stop use. But usually cleansing is a wash off so it shouldn't give trouble to any kind of skin unless you have super sensitive skin.
