Geranium helps relieve pre-menstrual symptoms. It is also balancing for all skin types especially Oily Skin Jurlique Pure Essential Oils are of the highest quality, distilled from flowers, leaves, roots and resins.

How To Use
1. In vaporizer or burner 5-7 drops (0.3ml) with water.
2. For bath, steam bath and compress use 5-7 drops (0.3ml) - For bath use in a capful of bubble bath to aid dispersion.
3. As a massage oil - add 0.5ml or 10 drops to 15-25 ml of vegetable carrier oil.
