How To Use
Before applying the liquid eyeliner, fill up the gap between lashes using any pencil eyeliner.
1. Draw a fine line from the inner corner of the eye. (Do not make the line thick. A thick line may result in a smaller-looking eye.)
2. Draw a fine line extended 2-3mm out of the outer corner of eye.
To make your eye more impressive, add a short line under your eye at the outer corner over a pen type eyeliner
