How To Use
Upper eye line - Draw a line from inner corner to the outer corner. Draw even between lashes.
Under eye line - To intensify your eyes, draw an under-eye line as well. To make your eyes drooping eyes, draw a line from the outer corner to the 2/3 of the entire eye and draw a very fine line toward the inner corner. Shade off a line around the outer corner with a sponge tip applicator.
