Q: Hi. What exactly is this product's primary function? Does it help exfoliate the skin? We all know that the skin below the eyes is very thin. Will it not dry the skin on the eye area? Thanks. =)

A: This product contains 2 kinds of scrubs(cellulose). It removes old surface cells, roughness and dirt embedded in pores thoroughly. So, it keeps the skin clear and smooth with its herb extracts. recommended to use with Kose cosmetic cotton.

Q: I'm new to Kose and I just want to make sure about one thing. Is this like a toner? Do I use it after using the soap and before putting a lotion on? Thank you
